Placing an order

To place an order with us, click on add to cart. Item will be automatically stored in your cart till you check out. Please be doubly confirmed that you want the item before making an order. Once the order form is sent to us, an invoice with the payment details will be sent to the email you registered. Payment has to be made within 24 hours upon receiving the invoice. Failure to do so will result in you being blacklisted and refrained from future purchases.


Making Payment

THEHEARTAFFAIR currently accepts the following payment options:

- DBS/ POSB Internet bank transfer
- DBS/ POSB ATM transfer
- Interbank transfer

Note for ATM transfers: DO NOT TRANSFER IF THE MACHINE IS NOT ABLE TO GENERATE RECEIPTS.
Please keep a copy of the receipt after making payment as a clear picture shot of the receipt might be needed for verification purposes. Payment emails sent without the transaction receipt will be deemed as no payment and no order will be made.

For I-Banking Users: Please state your I-Bank Nick and transaction reference no. in the reply email after payment is made to facilitate us in faster payment verification.

Shipping

Do take note that THEHEARTAFFAIR will not be responsible at all for lost mail, thus registered postage for all items is strongly recommended.
Let us know if you need the tracking no. of your article, we would be glad to send it to you.

For Normal Postage charges:
-Accessories : +$0.60 per item
-Apparel: +$1.50 , $1.00 for subsequent pieces
-Bags: +$3.00

For registered postage Charges:
It would be an additional $3.50 to the total amount you purchased+ normal postage.
