Please note that all our images are taken by us, and there may be a slight difference in lighting that will shown a different color from the product photos. Our products are displayed at its most accurate colors on the website. However, actual colors and feel of product is dependent on the computer monitor of the customer. Product prices are subjected to change without any prior notice.
ORDERING
Add item to cart once you are confirmed on getting it, you will be directed to the page where you need to fill in your personal particulars. An invoice will be sent to you once you have confirmed your purchase. All our items are priced in SGD.
Please take note that by submitting an order to us means you have confirmed the purchase of the item. Therefore, items that you ordered and are not paid for within the period of 24 hours, the items will be made available to others. Deadbuyers will be blacklisted and banned from future purchases.
Note that Reservations and trades of products are strictly not allowed.
For items that you see here on THEHEARTAFFAIR, do take note that they are all brand new, and that the prices you see here are all fixed and not negotiable at all. We will refund or exchange any defected items if it's being mailed to us within 5 days after purchase. Customers shall bear the full resposibility in making sure that the items mailed back to us are packed securely and sealed. We will not be responsible for lost mails in connection to such returns or exchange.
DELIVERY AND PAYMENT
If you’ve made an ATM transfers, please take a clear snapshot of the transaction receipt and email it to us together with your payment details. ATM transfers without snapshot of receipt will be deemed as no order made. For payment by I-Banking, We require the transaction reference number, as will as your I-Banking Nick to facilitate us in our payment verification.
If you have opted for normal mail for mode of delivery, THEHEARTAFFAIR will not be responsible for any packages lost during the process.
Return address will be incuded on the back of the packages before they are sent out. We will not be held liable for any delaye/ lost parcels during transition.
